Behind the Brand Shoot

This on-site session captures you, your workspace, and the creative process that defines your brand. It combines lifestyle imagery and short-form video to form a visual story of your products and it’s creator/s. You can expect a blend of artistic compositions, natural light, and genuine moments that highlight your passion and personality of your brand. You must be around 1 hour radius of the Cowichan Valley, British Columbia.

What’s Included:

  • 2–3 hour on-location session at your studio, shop, or workspace (no matter if it’s messy!)

  • 40–50 high-quality and web ready images

  • 1–2 short-form reels (10–20 seconds each) for social media

  • Lifestyle and behind-the-scenes imagery that capture you in action

  • Color grading and editing to align with your brand aesthetic

We’ll work together to determine the best aspect ratio for your video content based on the platform where it will be shared:

  • Square (1:1): Great for social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and websites. This versatile ratio ensures your content looks polished in a variety of settings.

  • Vertical (9:16): Perfect for mobile-first platforms like Instagram Stories, TikTok, and Snapchat. We’ll use this format to capture the full mobile experience and engage your audience effectively.

  • Landscape (16:9): Ideal for YouTube, website galleries, or any platform that uses a wide-screen format. This ratio is perfect for detailed visuals and storytelling.

Together, we’ll choose the optimal aspect ratio to ensure your content makes the biggest impact on your target audience, no matter where it's viewed.

Product Shipping & Returns

Local pick-ups are available within the Cowichan Valley. For clients outside the Cowichan Valley, it is your responsibility to ship your products to me. 

Please note the following:

  • Products will not be returned unless a prepaid return label is provided.

  • Items that require use to demonstrate their functionality or add visual interest cannot be returned.
